Came to stay with family for our first holiday with the baby, it was brilliant. Merve in guest relations was particularly good she helped us out with lots of things and was always checking to see if there was anything she could do for us There is so much going on in the hotel for families the water park, mini farm animals, giant play area, lazy river and slides. So many activities and classes too. The hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful to walk around they even have flamingos in a pond The ice cream shop is so cute and the beach has a beautiful jetty with big Bali beds over looking the sea. Lots of reateraunrs too choose from within the hotels my favourite was A la Turca the food was fabulous Turkish cuisine. The entertainment at night is a good mix for adults and also children as they could all dance on the dance floor to live music Would love to return and maybe next time get a swim up villa as they look really beautiful

The resort is very big, lots of space, always something to do for everyone. The senery is very nice. The water park is fun and we really enjoyed the lazy river. We liked seeing the resident flamingos and the other animals living on the Rixy Farm. The food is nice, lots of places to sit and drink. Our favourite is the lotus bar. We dined at the Turkish and Chinese a la carte restaurants, both were very nice. The personal assistants Merve and Yagmur were both very helpful. Thank you, we had a great holiday.

This hotel beat all my expectations! The views are incredible, the service is immaculate and the amount of activities going on is unbelievable. They also have 5 A La Carté, 1 main buffet, a food court at the beach & a 24hr restaurant as well! They have a kids club which has many activities on, on a daily basis which exceeds all expectations as they even have pottery/ceramic classes on. If you’re looking for a holiday as a family, especially if you have children then look no further. Free unlimited ice cream and drinks too!! 7/8 swimming pools, some are heated some aren’t. There’s so much to do and you won’t get bored. Hotel is also incredibly clean the views of the Phasellis Mountain are completely breathtaking. Special shout out to Ihsan, Omer & Shadi who have been very helpful throughout our stay as well as everyone else.

Amazing hotel, at check in we were given a room upgrade and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is huge with lots to do and eat, the food is delicious and the staff are amazing, we are travelling with a 3 year old and they have been so welcoming and friendly towards us all, ihsan from the turquoise restaurant was great and helped us with everything, dabbagh guest relations supervisor was also very friendly and helped us throughout our trip and with checking out, our two holiday assistants yagmur and merve messaged us every morning and responded to our needs, Naz from the bar on ground floor was also so friendly and helpful, there were also many more that we met along the way that we can not remember the names off. The all inclusive food was delicious and the restaurants were also great with very friendly staff, the entertainment in the evening was good for families but could maybe do with more variety as it was mainly bands, maybe a magician or comedian etc, but overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend and come again

Would highly recommend this hotel, they have covered everything you will ever need and will go out of their way to help with anything. You have personal concierge services via WhatsApp, and are updated daily with all activities and food options. Staff are lovely and friendly. I am extremely fussy with food but I always found something to eat. Hotel is very clean and rooms kept spotless. Loved the cocktails, there is food and drink available 24hrs.
